Your story isn’t over.
This is just the part where you begin to heal.

About Rebecca Williamson
M.Ed., ALC

Healing from trauma is not about forgetting the past, it’s about learning to carry it differently. As a trauma-informed therapist, I offer a safe, grounded space for individuals who are ready to explore their stories, and move toward healing. I’ve done my own work too, and continue to do the work. Sitting in the client’s chair taught me how vulnerable and courageous this process truly is, and it shapes the way I hold space: with steadiness, softness, and sincere respect.

My practice is rooted in the belief that we all have the capacity to heal, regardless of our past experiences. I work with adults, teens and children navigating the impacts of trauma, including emotional abuse, childhood wounds, complex grief, sexual trauma, religious trauma, and relational challenges. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to begin again, I will meet you where you are. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your path.
